FM Approval for CO2 Use

IHP systems from five to 50 pounds

Firetrace International has announced that Firetrace Indirect High-Pressure Carbon Dioxide Systems, ranging from 5 to 100 pounds, have received Factory Mutual (FM) final approval.

Firetrace Systems are known for their diverse lineup of "Micro-Environment Fire Suppression Systems", which already feature FM approval on both Direct and Indirect FE-227 (HFC-227ea) systems, concurrently.

"Our CO2 systems have always been popular with our customers, but we found that many applications required systems bearing FM Approval. This approval expands the market opportunities for the product. Firetrace now offers six systems ranging from 5 to 100 pounds, effectively covering most smaller enclosures with a system ideally sized for the application."
