According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), anyone designing, installing, or servicing fire suppression systems should be trained by the manufacturer. Firetrace offers online modules and in-person seminars for maintenance, installation, and design of our fire suppression systems.
Technicians and other professionals can be trained to install and maintain Firetrace systems by completing our 5 hour online course. This is a self-paced, video based training consisting of 5 modules:
After completing the course and passing the exam with a score of over 80%, you will receive a certificate authorizing you to work on Firetrace systems. Certificates may be used to demonstrate compliance with NFPA guidelines to your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Credentials are valid for 2 years from the date they are issued.

Cost per person: $860 (Discounts apply for authorized distributors)
For customers protecting high quantities of a certain type of equipment, such as a fleet of vehicles, on site training can address specific installation requirements. On site training may include a complete installation by a Firetrace engineer, if equipment is available. Attendance is unlimited.
Cost: $5000 per day
(1 day minimum USA, 3 day minimum international)
