Impact the Future was created to empower Halma plc businesses to drive lasting, sustainable change in their local communities. Firetrace is proud to partner with one•n•ten to support their impactful initiatives across Arizona.
This Phoenix-based nonprofit is dedicated to serving LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults ages 11–24. Through empowering social and service programs, one•n•ten provides safe, affirming spaces where young people can express themselves, develop leadership skills, and make healthy life choices free from judgment or fear.
In 2024 alone, one•n•ten welcomed nearly 10,000 youth participants across its in-person and virtual programs. Each interaction represents a young person gaining confidence, connection, and tools for a brighter future.
